PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1953 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />A USE PERMIT FOR VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE UP-81-1. <br />WHEREAS, Valley Community Church has applied for a conditional <br />use permit which would allow a 28,550 sq. ft. church <br />facility to be constructed in phases on an approximately <br />3 acre site at 4455 Del Valle Parkway; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned P (Public and Institutional) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 17, 1981 at which time <br />all pertinent documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves case UP-81-1 subject <br />to all of the conditions of the staff report to that <br />Commission dated 2/17/81, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference, because all of the required <br />findings shown thereon can be made. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 17th day of February 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: February 17, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />Robert J. arris, Secretary <br />e i t C.
