PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1954 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF THE DRAFT HOUSING ELEMENT DATED JANUARY 1981 FILED UNDER CASE GP-80-1. WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has reviewed the Draft of the Revised Housing Element of the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton formulated pursuant to State Government Code Section 65302 and State Housing Guidelines; and WHEREAS, public hearings were held on July 9, 1980, and July 16, 1980 at which time the Planning Commission recommended approval of the negative declaration and Draft Housing Element; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the recommendation of approval, the State of California instructed the City of Pleasanton to quantify certain sections of the Draft Housing Element; and WHEREAS, this Draft Housing Element was amended to reflect the requirements of the State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recommends approval of the Draft Housing Element dated January 1981 containing changes made by the Planning Com- mission at their meeting of July 16, 1981 and changes required by the State of California in their letter of December 31, 1981. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
