PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1954 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE ADOPTION OF THE DRAFT <br />HOUSING ELEMENT DATED JANUARY 1981 FILED UNDER <br />CASE GP-80-1. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has reviewed the Draft of the <br />Revised Housing Element of the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton formulated pursuant to State Government <br />Code Section 65302 and State Housing Guidelines; and <br />WHEREAS, public hearings were held on July 9, 1980, and July 16, <br />1980 at which time the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the negative declaration and Draft Housing <br />Element; and <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the recommendation of approval, the State of <br />California instructed the City of Pleasanton to quantify <br />certain sections of the Draft Housing Element; and <br />WHEREAS, this Draft Housing Element was amended to reflect the <br />requirements of the State of California. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends approval of the Draft Housing Element dated <br />January 1981 containing changes made by the Planning Com- <br />mission at their meeting of July 16, 1981 and changes <br />required by the State of California in their letter <br />of December 31, 1981. <br />Section 2.
