PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1955 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, INITIATING A PREZONING APPLICATION FOR <br />PROPERTY ON VINEYARD AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recently indicated they are interested <br />in annexing the 5 acre parcel on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue immediately east of the Hacienda Mobile <br />Home Park; and <br />WHEREAS, this site is proposed to accommodate an expansion of the <br />Hacienda Mobile Home Park at a future date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the request of the <br />City Council as well as the Bates property immediately to <br />the east of the 5 acre parcel on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue as suggested at a joint Alameda County- <br />City of Pleasanton work session held in 1980. <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />recommends that the 5 acre parcel on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue immediately east of the Hacienda Mobile <br />Home Park and the "Bates" property located immediately <br />to the east of the 5 acre parcel be included in the <br />City's application for pre zoning. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 17th day of February 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: February 17, 1961 <br />ATTEST: <br />~', <br />Robert J.
