PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1839 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A REZONING FOR <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION FILED UNDER CASE RZ-79-23 <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />applied to rezone an approximately 3.2 acre site located on <br />the north side of Black Avenue between Harvest Road and <br />Crestline Road from the RM-2500 (Multiple-Residential -- <br />17 units per acre) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple-Residential -- <br />11 units per acre) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning this <br />rezoning and reviewed all reports and exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owner, Dean Morrison, concurred with the <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the rezoning would be <br />consistent with the objectives of the Pleasanton Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />~-- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the rezoning <br />from the RM-2500 (Multiple-Residential -- 17 units per <br />acre) District to the RM-4000 (Multiple-Residential -- <br />11 units per acre) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 16th day of January 1980 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Leppert, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Doherty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 16, 1980 <br />ATTEST: <br />~}--- <br />Robert J. arras, Secretary <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />a vey E. evine, City Attorney <br />
