PLANNING COMf4ISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1844 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DENYING, WITHOUT <br />PREJUDICE, THE PROJECT OF AMADOR VALLEY INVESTORS FILED <br />UNDER PUD-79-15 ~ <br />WHEREAS, Amador Valley Investors has applied to rezone from the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) District and development plan approval for a 117- <br />lot, single-family residential subdivision proposed to be built <br />on an approximate 27 acre parcel located just east of the ex- <br />isting terminus of West Las Positas Boulevard, north of the <br />Arroyo Mocho; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held February 13, 1980 wherein all per- <br />tinentinformation was presented for the Commission's review. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COP~iMISSIOTQ RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission denies without prejudice Case <br />PUD-79-15 filed by Amador Valley Investors so that the <br />developer can come back with another plan dealing with <br />larger lots which would help reduce traffic. <br />Section 2.
