PLANNING COMb1ISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTOPd <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1846 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COB4MISSION, CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RECOMMENDING A CHANGE IN THE OFF-STREET PARF:ING REQUIREP7ENTS <br />OF THE ORDINAP7CE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOTd AS FILED <br />UNDER RZ-80-2 <br />WIIEREAS, the Planning Commission has applied to amend Article 16 <br />(Off-Street Parking Requirements) of Chapter 2, Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to estab- <br />lish off-street parking requirements for veterinary. <br />hospital uses and veterinary offices; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February <br />13, 1980 at which time all testimony and pertinent data <br />were considered. <br />NOW, TITEREFORE, THE PLANNITG COP~IISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends the creation of <br />specific parking requirements for veterinarian offices <br />and hospitals to read: <br />"Veterinarians' Offices and small animal hospitals - one <br />space for each 250 square feet of gross floor area." <br />Section 2.
