PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASAedTOed <br />COUNTY OF ALAPaEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1850 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIOI7, CITY OF <br />PLEASANTOe7 INITIATING A REZONING FOR CERTAIN <br />PROPERTIES ON VINEYARD AVENUE TO REZONING WFIICII <br />WAS PRESENT AT THE TIDaE OF DEVELOPMENT. <br />WIIEREAS, the Planning Commission considered a recommendation of the <br />City staff to rezone certain properties on Vineyard Avenue <br />because they are fully developed; and <br />WHEREAS, their current zoning would not make it possible, in the <br />event of a disaster, to rebuild the units at the same den- <br />sity as currently developed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIIE PLANNING COMMISSION IPiITIATES THE REZONING OF THE <br />FOLLOWING PROPERTIES: <br />3767 Vineyard Avenue, Wisteria Lane Apts. - RPQ-4000 to <br />Red-2500 ; <br />3819 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton Greens Apts. - RM-4000 to <br />Re4-2500 ; <br />3955 Vineyard Avenue, Del Arroyo Apts. - RM-4000 to PUD Iiigh <br />~- Density Residential (23 to 25 units per acre); <br />4095 Vineyard Avenue, Vintage Townhouse - Rea-4000 to Rea-1500; <br />3969 Vineyard Avenue, Del Arroyo Apts. - RM-4000 to Rea-2500. <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves the initiation of the <br />rezoning as above. <br />Section 2.
