PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1854 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE <br />Z-80-13, APPLICATION OF MERLE TELFORD. <br />WHEREAS, Merle Telford has applied for design review approval <br />for a commercial/office complex consisting of three <br />buildings containing a total of 16,653 sq. ft. to <br />be located at 235 Main Street. The property is <br />zoned C-C/C-O (Central Commercial, Civic Overlay) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 12, 1980 at which <br />time all reports, documents and testimony were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends approval of case <br />Z-80-13 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, elevations and landscape plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division <br />except that the eastern wall of building D be the <br />same height as the northern wall of that structure <br />and the northern wall end flush with the eastern <br />wall. <br />2. That a 10 ft, by 30 ft. loading berth be created <br />in the vicinity of parking spaces 41 and 42 and <br />that these two parking spaces be devoted to land- <br />scaping. <br />3. That a slump-shone wall similar in height, color <br />and appearance to the existing Valley Bank wall <br />be constructed along the 59.91 ft., 22 ft., and <br />89.96 ft. segments of the northwestern property <br />lines and the two existing fences removed. <br />4. That the entrance drive from Main Street be <br />widened to make it as wide as the entrance drive <br />at 201 Main Street. <br />5. That the area to the rear of building E shall be <br />paved and maintained in a neat orderly manner at <br />all times and that access be provided to this <br />area via an outside doorway in building E. <br />
