!I PLANNING CO ISSION <br />i CITY OF PLE SANTON <br />COUNTY OF A EDA <br />STATE OF CA IFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1859 <br />A RE OLUTION OF THE PLANNIIV~G COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF P EASANTON RECOMMENDINGITO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT <br />THE PPLICANT OF TRACT 4263' BE GRANTED AN EXTENSION <br />FOR HE 31-LOT PORTION OF THEIR APPROVED SUBDIVISION <br />FOR NE YEAR. <br />WHEREAS, SAVCc) Construction Company ihas applied for tentative map <br /> appr val for a 9-lot subdivision of the 0.9 acre site located <br /> on S nol Boulevard (behindithe recently approved office site) <br /> betty en Junipero and Sonoma, Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, ther is existing approvallfor a portion of this same tract <br /> for 31-lot subdivision; alnd <br />WHEREAS, the pplicant has requested a one year extension of the 31-lot <br /> subdi vision so that they may combine the 9-lot and 31-lot <br /> subd' visions onto one final,' map. <br />NOW, THE REFOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. T at the Planning Commisjsion recommends approval of the one <br /> year extension on the tentative map number 4263 for the 31-lot <br /> porti on of the subdivision . <br />Section 2.
