PLANNING C <br />CITY OF PL <br />COUNTY OF <br />STATE OF C. <br />RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />PONDEROSA HOMES FILED UND <br />SSION <br />FORNIA <br />1860 <br />ATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 4432. <br />WHEREAS, the ~onderosa Homes has ap lied for tentative map approval <br />for 140-lot residential ubdivision of the 57 acre site <br />loca#ed on the west side o Hopyard Road, between Valley <br />Avenge and Hansen Drive. he property is zoned R-1-6500 <br />(Single-Family Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, saidlproposal was based up n an Initial Study done pursuant <br />to t~e Environmental Impac Guidelines and Procedures adopted <br />by tKe City Council of Ple santon by Resolution No. 77-66; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its meeting of March 12, 1980 <br />rece~ved the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration <br />in a report from the Direc or of Planning and Community <br />Development dated March 7, 1980 regarding the aforementioned <br />prof ct; and <br />WHEREAS, the lanning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of <br />its esponsibilities in re iewing the proposed Negative <br />_ Decl ration and the determinations required by Section 5.4(e) <br />of R solution No. 77-66; a d <br />WHEREAS, each member of the Plannin Commission had before him/her copies <br />of R solution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed <br />envi onmental assessment, hich has previously been published <br />in t e Pleasanton Times, a the time of the public hearing on <br />the forementioned project; and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff <br />Plan ing Commission review <br />Guid lines and Processing <br />prof cts and preparation o <br />orde to determine if a Ne <br />for he project and what m <br />be u dertaken to ensure th <br />significant impact upon the <br />NOW, THEREFOR , THE PLANNING COMMYS <br />port and public input, the <br />the provisions of the City's <br />ocedures for the evaluation of <br />Environmental Impact Reports in <br />tive Declaration is appropriate <br />igation measures, if any, must <br />the project will not have a <br />environment. <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1.
