PLANNING CQ'MMISSION <br />~-- CITY OF PL ASANTON <br />COUNTY OF LAMEDA <br />STATE OF C LIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1862 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANN NG CODSMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROV NG A TENTATIVE MAP FOR <br />CROCKER HOMES FILED UNDER TRACT 4551 <br />WHEREAS, Crocker Homes has applied for tentative map approval for <br />a residential subdivision of the 66 acre site located on <br />the east side of Hopyard oad between the Youth Sports <br />Park and the Arroyo Mocho and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1}7500 (Single-Family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held~on March 12, 1980 at which <br />time all pertinent report documents and testimony were <br />reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMI SION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commissio approves this application subject <br />to the conditions shown b cause all of the required findings <br />could be made. <br />1. That the development e substantially as shown on <br /> Tentative Map Tract 4 51 on file with the City. <br />2. Subdivider acknowledg s that the City of Pleasanton <br /> does not guarantee th availability of sufficient <br /> sewer capacity to ser e this development by approval <br /> of this tentative tra t map, and that the subdivider <br /> agrees and acknowledg s that either the final map or <br /> building permit appro al may be withheld if sewer <br /> capacity is found by he City to not be available. <br />3. Upon approval o£ this tentative map, subdivider will <br /> enter into a contract approved by the City Attorney <br /> regarding availabilit of sewer capacity and acknow- <br /> ledges that no promis s of capacity are made by the <br /> City as part of this pproval. <br />4. That approval is subj ct to all conditions contained <br />in the report from En ineering Services dated 3/12/80 <br />(revised), attached h reto and made a part of this <br />case by reference. <br />
