PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1712 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON TO MAINTAIN THE PLANNING COMMISSION WORKLOAD. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission asked the staff to seek ways to <br />reduce the workload of the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff Report of January 10, 1979 to the Planning <br />Commission, cited other jurisdictional operations using <br />a Zoning Administrator with the elimination of the Board <br />of Adjustment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on January 10, 1979 considered <br />whether or not to reduce the workload of the Commission by <br />eliminating the Board of Adjustment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the Board of Adjustment be maintained and continue <br />to perform all duties required by the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 2.
