PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1729 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RZ-79-3, THE REZONING <br />OF A 5.1 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the rezoning appli- <br />cation for a 5.1 acre parcel of land located at the <br />southwest intersection of Stoneridge Drive and Springdale <br />Avenue from R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District <br />to RM-2500, or any other zoning district consistent with <br />the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission took public testimony concerning <br />this rezoning and reviewed all reports and exhibits; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that there would <br />be no significant environmental impacts as a result of <br />this rezoning; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that RM-2500 was <br />in conformance with the General Plan for the subject site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission recommends approval of <br />the rezoning of the 5.1 acre site from R-1-6500 to <br />RM-2500 District. <br />Section 2.
