PLANNING~COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANT ON COUNTY Off' ALAMEDA STATE OF'CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1607 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING TH$ FINDING THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED ~'OR PUD-77-7, ROBERT J. MYERS, MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF CEQA AND THAT PROJECT PROPOSED UNDER PUD-77-7 WOULD HAt.7E SIGNIFICANT IMPACTS ON THE ENVIRONMENT. WHEREAS, Robert J. Myers has app~.ied for a rezoning for a 12.7 acre site located south of t~e terminus of Las Lomitas Drive and east of Pleasanton Scho 1 to be developed as a 119-unit limited care retirement facility from the A (Agricultural) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development - Medium Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, an environmental impactireport has been prepared for the proposal; and WHEREAS, the planned unit development, development plans and the environmental impact report were scheduled to be reviewed by the Planning Commissl~on on January 11, 1978; and WHEREAS, prior to review of the proposed rezoning request, the Planning Commission rev'liewed the environmental impact report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commisslion makes the following specific findings: _ A. That the environmental impact report has been completed in compliance with CEQA and the state guidelines; B. That the Planning ommission has reviewed and considered the information co tained in the EIR; and C. That the project w uld have significant impacts on the environment and th t those impacts are as identified on Page 38 of the EIR, plus traffic circulation. Section 2.
