PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1611 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FILED BY LEE <br />SLAUGHTER UNDER RZ-77-20. <br />WHEREAS, Lee Slaughter has applied to rezone property consisting of <br />approximately 3.8 acres located immediately west of the <br />Southern Pacific railroad right-of-way and extending from <br />Santa Rita Road southeasterly roughly 1,500 feet (stopping <br />about 225 feet north of Mohr Avenue) from the A (Agri- <br />cultural) District to the I-P (Industrial Park) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on <br />February 8, 1978, when all pertinent documents, testimony, <br />maps and reports were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after reviewing all available data <br />concluded that the proposed action would be in conformance <br />with the General Plan of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of RZ-77-20, as petitioned. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 8th day of February, 1978, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood, <br />Chairman Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: None <br />DATE: February 8, 1978 <br />ATTEST• <br />Robert J.
