PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF' PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1631 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION INITIATING <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ALLOW JOINT USE OF OFF- <br />STREET PARKING FACILITIES FOR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISH- <br />MENTS. <br />WHEREAS, Frank DiFilippo, owner of the Gay 90's Pizza Parlor, has <br />submitted a request toi the City to expand his restaurant <br />operation to an outdoor eating facility for daytime <br />luncheon use, exclusively; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this request on April 10, <br />1978, and reviewed the staff report of the same date. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission concluded that some criteria <br />could be established too provide the required parking. <br />Section 2, The Planning Commiss',ion initiates an ordinance amendment <br />to provide for joint uise of parking facilities for discrete <br />non-overlapping land uises. <br />Section 3.
