IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COIINTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 106 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Herrin Murry, P. 0. Box <br />264, Pleasanton, California, filed May 2, 1960, for residential use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows; <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to .residential ones have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the Yollowing <br />conditions: <br />a) The dwelling be built to conYorm to City standards. <br />b) 5' side yard set back. <br />c) 15' front yard .set back. <br />d) 15' back yard set back. <br />e) Cohstructed according to plans submitted. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and achy other interested <br />parties. <br />ADOPTED this May 2, 1960 <br />Chris Hanifen - Chairman <br />A T: <br />Secretary <br /> <br />
