PLANNING COMi~:ISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 126 WHEREAS, the application of Mr. J. Vallarino, dated November 1, 1960, for amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to wit, to rezone certain land R-1 to R-G was duly filed, noticed and considered; and ~uHEREAS, the Planning commission by its own motion and with consent of said applicant did expand the study a large area for possible rezoning; and WHEREAS, Public Hearing was duly noticed, hearing held and good cause appearing; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES HEREBY Rti30LYE AS FOLLOLdS: 1. The Planning ~otmciission does hereby recommend to the City Council that the Zoning Ordinance No. 309, effective July 1, 1960, be amended to include the following zoning district changes; as established by Zoning Ordinance Map dated April 18, 1960, to wit, a. From R-1 to RG-15, an area of approximately seven and one-half acres as shown on Book 94, Page 90 of the Assessors Block Book, County of Alameda, as corrected June 21, 1956, surrounded by the following boundaries: on the north by the Arroyo del Ualle, (City Limits), on the west by First Street, on the South by Vineyard Avenue and on the east by a line drawn from south to north along the nearest property line to a point which is fixed by a measurement of 750 east of the intersection of First Street and Vineyard Avenue b. From R-1 to RG-25, an area of approximately twenty acres as shown on Book 94, Page 80, of the Assessors Block Book, County o£ ~ilameda, (P-iap filed March 5, 1885 as corrected June 21, 1956) and is surrounded by the Arroyo del Valle on the north, on the west a line drawn from south to north from a point 750 east of First and Vineyard Avenue on the south by Vineyard Avenue and on the east by the east City Limits.
