PL9NNING COMtitISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFOBNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 130 <br />Whereas, the Application oP Richard R, Young, for a Conditional Uee <br />Permit, to park a trailer at the rear oP 420 Main Street, under section <br />16.2-2, Article 16, allowing the enlargement oP an existing nos-conforming <br />use, having come before this Commission February 2, 1961, under Ordinance <br />No. 3C9, (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby <br />resolve ea Pollows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does Pind as follows: <br />a`( Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The Circumstances required by section 19.100 oP said Ordinance <br />No. 309 do exist. <br />2. A Conditional IIse Permit is hereby granted under the Following <br />conditions: <br />a) ~e~trng. t is granted Yor five years from the date of this <br />b) The trailer be maintained according to City Standards. <br />3, A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />DATE: February 2, 1961 <br />r- <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />ernes M.
