The Planning Co~isaion does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given sa required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Seetioa 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />No. 309 do exist. <br />2. A l+b" aideyard Variance and a 7-b" front yard Variance are hereby <br />granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Moat meet buildiag code standards. <br />b. Plana and specifications mint be approved by City Engineer. <br />c. Completed building must conform to elevation plena submitted <br />by the applicant at the time of the Publio Hearing. <br />3.
