PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 140 <br />Whereas, the application of Mr. William Thiessen, dated April 5, 1961, <br />for Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to wit, to rezone certain property <br />located at 41425 Railroai Avenue from R-1 to C-G was duly filed, noticed <br />and considered; and <br />Whereas, Public Hearing was duly noticed, hearing held and good cause <br />appearing; <br />N047, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING C02'R~IISSION DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />7_. The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to tho City Council <br />that Ordinance Mo. 309, effective July 1, 1960, be amended to <br />include the following zoning district change, as established by <br />Zoning Ordinance A?ap dated April 18, 1960 to wit, <br />a.
