The Planning Co®niaeion does find se follows: <br />e. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said <br />Ordinance No. 309 do exist. <br />2. The above requested 9ariance is hereby granted as the proposed <br />dwelling will conform to existing buildings in the area. <br />3.
