PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 161 <br />WHEREAS, the application of CLYDE POTVIN to rezone that property fronting <br />on Rose Avenue between Pleasanton Avenue and Fair Street from <br />R -2 (one and two family residential) district to R -G (garden apartment <br />residential) district under Ordinance No. 309 has come before this <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that: <br />1. Notice has been given as required by Section 22.10 <br />of Ordinance 309 (Zoning Ordinance); <br />2. The proposed amendment conforms with the Pleasanton <br />General Plan; and <br />3.
