WHEREAS, this Commission finds that the ten (10) day waiting period for pub- <br />lishing requests for Variances, Conditional Use Permits, Rezoning, <br />etc. prior to the Public Hearing before this Couuuission has created a delay <br />in bringing these matters before the Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Commission that authorization to the <br />Staff to publish such items as soon as application is made, pro- <br />vided such publication is noted on the Commission's Agenda, would avoid <br />said delay; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that this Commission does hereby authorize the members of the <br />Staff to publish requests for Variances, Conditional Use Permits, <br />Rezoning, etc. at the time application is made, noting such publication on <br />the Agenda, in order to avoid any delay in Public Hearings before this <br />Commission. <br />Dated: January 4, 1962 <br />ATTEST: <br />a M. r., Secret <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 162 <br />AA e i <br />Philip Landon, Vice Chairman <br />
