PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 166 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr.Leo Guidotti, 1384 "B" Street, Hayward, re- <br />questing a Conditional Use Permit in order to allow construction <br />of a 12 -unit Residential Garden Apartment in a C -C (Community Commercial) <br />District on a vacant parcel fronting Main Street north of Angela Street <br />and Angela Street west of Main Street has been brought before this Commis- <br />sion; and <br />WHEREAS, this Commission does find that the granting of this Conditional <br />Use Permit does not conform with the Expanded Pleasanton General <br />Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the above -named application for a Conditional Use Permit is <br />ATTEST: <br />.3: l11 <br />not approved by this Commission. <br />Dated: February 1, 1962 <br />es M.
