PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 174 <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Castlewood Enterprises has applied to the of <br />Pleasanton for annexation of an area comprising apprately <br />37 acres located southeasterly of the intersection of Foothill Road and <br />Bernal Avenue in Pleasanton Township; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has studied the proposed use of the ahbject <br />property in relation to the existing Pleasanton General Plan and in <br />relation to other planned and possible surrounding land uses; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission recommends <br />that the City Council proceed withthe steps necessary to annex <br />the subject property, together with certain 'property bell belotling to Mr. Edwin <br />Carter and located west of Foothill Road in the vicinity of Bernal Avenue, <br />to the City of Pleasanton. <br />Dated: May 3, 1962 <br />ATTEST: <br />64? <br />Philip randon, Vice- Chairman <br />
