RESOLUTION NO. 175 <br />The application of Forrest A. Adams, 479 Adams Court, dated May 22, 1962, <br />coming before the Planning Commission this date; <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Due notice and public hearing has been held according to State statutes <br />and City ordinances. <br />2. Variance to Section 6.5 of Zoning Ordinance No. 309, as amended, for con- <br />struction of three single family residential dwellings south and went of <br />Adams Court is hereby granted, subject to the provisions set forth below. <br />3. Lots shall be according to dimensions in plot plan submitted with ap- <br />application. <br />4. Lot frontage shall be not less than 55.63 feet. <br />5. Side yards may be reduced to a total of 10 feet. <br />6. Provisions of the building codes of the City of Pleasanton shall be <br />complied with. <br />7.
