PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 176 <br />WNEREAS, the application of Mr. Robert Demeyer, 4421 Pleasanton Avenue, <br />for a variance of five feet from the front yard setback require- <br />ments of Section 6.5, Ord. No. 309, to allow construction of a <br />carport at 4421 Pleasanton Avenue, in an R -1 (single family resi- <br />dential) District, having come before this Commission on July 5, <br />1962, under Ord. No. 309, as amended, the Planning Commission <br />does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of Ord. No. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A five foot variance from the front yard setback provisions of <br />Section 6.5, Ord. No. 309, as amended, is hereby granted. <br />3.
