PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 178 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Louis J. Baptista, 4380 Mirador Drive, for a Conditional <br />Use Permit in order to operate an upholstery shop and warehouse in a burldt. <br />ing located to the rear of 660 Main Street and served by an alley from Spring <br />in a GC (Community Commercial) District, having come before �sSC C o o s tssion hereby <br />July 5, 1962, under Ord. No. 309, as amended, the Planning <br />resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of Ord. No. 309, as <br />amended, do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted with the following conditions <br />attached thereto: <br />a. The entrance to the subject location from Spring Street via an <br />easement must be assured. <br />b. No obstruction of Spring Street or the required access alley will be <br />allowed. <br />c. Existing on-street parking on Spring Street must be protected. <br />d. Performance Standards, as specified in Section 17.100 et seq. of <br />Ord. No, 309, must be met. <br />e. Applicable provisions of the Building, Plumbing and Electrical <br />Codes of the City must be met. <br />3.
