CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING C0MMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 181 <br />WBEREAS, application has been rade under Article 19, Ordinance No. 309, by Harper <br />and Row Publishers, Inc., 2500 Crawford Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, for a <br />Zoning Permit, with Site Plan and Architectural Approval and Performance Standards <br />Approval, in order to construct a West Coast Distribution Center and Office Building <br />on the Pleasanton -Sunol Roast, in an I -P (Industrial Park) District; and <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by the Planning Commission under Sections <br />19.400 and 19.800 of Ordinance No. 309; <br />NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby approve said <br />application for Zoning Permit, with Site Plan and Architectural Approval <br />and Performance Standards Approval, with the following conditions attached to said <br />approval under Section 19.700 of Ordinance No. 309: <br />1. Sewer and water utilities shall be located so as to adequately <br />serve the property, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />2, Future development of the remainder of the property, specifically <br />the westerly portion, shall be subject to the issuance of separate <br />Zoning Permits in order to insure proper elop enttbandce <br />design, vehicular access and parking, landscaping <br />to performance standards. <br />3.
