r <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 183 <br />WHEREAS, application has been made under Article 19, Ord. No. 309, by Mr. Laurence <br />J. Beal, 2232 Wood Street, Eureka, for a Zoning Permit in order to conduct <br />a one -half mile motorcycle race between the hours of 12 Noon and 5:00 P.M. on a <br />Suaday in either August or September, at the Alameda County Fairgrounds; and <br />WHEREAS, said application has been reviewed by the Planning Commission under Sectior. <br />19.800 of Ord. No. 309; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does <br />hereby approve said application for Zoning Permit, with the following con- <br />ditions attached to said approval under Section 19.700 of Ord. No. 309: <br />1. That noise caused by the races be held to a minimum. <br />2. That all applicable provisions of the Business License Ordinance be met <br />3. That the applicant provide and pay for adequate additional police <br />protection. <br />4.
