CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 184 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. Dan Cannietraci, 27553 Calaroga Avenue <br />Hayward, for a Variance of four feet to reduce the driveway width to <br />sixteen*. for the construction of multiple dwelling units on Rose Avenue, <br />between Pleasanton Avenue and Fair Street, in an RG -15 (Residential Garden <br />Apartment - 1500 square foot minimum) District, having cons before this Como <br />mission August 16, 1962, under Section 17.302, Ordinance No. 309, the Planning <br />Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />It <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b. The Variance will not adversely affect the nature of the <br />neighborhood. <br />c. The Variance is hereby granted for construction of fifteen <br />multiple unite with a sixteen -foot driveway, as shown by <br />plot plan submitted with the application. <br />d.
