PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-11 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-16-2M, APPLICATION <br />OF HSC <br />WHEREAS, HSC has applied for a major modification to an approved <br />development plan for a 39 unit single-family residential <br />project to allow for an increase to a 48 unit project, <br />to be located on an approximately 42 acre site, located <br />generally on the north side of Crellin Road, opposite <br />the intersection of Rhine Way and Crellin Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density and Rural Density Residential <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 11, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-82-16-2M; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study prepared for this proposal and received <br />the recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 211, <br />1987 at which time the public was given the opportunity <br />to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends app <br />prepared for HSC <br />development plan <br />project to allow <br />to be located on <br />generally on the <br />the intersection <br />~roval of the negative declaration <br />for a major modification to an approved <br />for a 39 unit single-family residential <br />for an increase to a 48 unit project, <br />an approximately 42 acre site, located <br />north side of Crellin Road, opposite <br />of Rhine Way and Crellin Road. <br />- 1 - <br />
