PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-20 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-86-18, OAKRIDGE PROPERTIES/VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER WHEREAS, Application of Oakridge Properties/Valley Medical Associates has applied for development plan approval to construct an approximately 48,092 sq. ft. retail commercial center to be located on an approximately 3.8 acre site located at the southeast corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 11, 1987, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-86-18; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study for this project, and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 11, 1987 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed ; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for PUD-86-18, application of Oakridge Properties/Valley Medical Center as herein described. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE 11TH DAY OF MARCH, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: - 1 -
