PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-23 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING CASE PUD-87-1, APPLICATION OF KRISTEN <br />LAMB <br />WHEREAS, Kristen Lamb to rezone from R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District to PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential District and for development <br />plan approval for an eight-parcel single-family <br />residential development ranging in size from <br />approximately 22,000 sq, ft. to approximately 28,400 sq. <br />ft., to be located on an approximately 4.7 acre site, <br />located at 2982 Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 11, 1987, <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />negative declaration of the proposed project after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission expressed some concern relative <br />to traffic on Foothill. Road and further did not feel the <br />development, as proposed to be appropriate for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PUD-87-1, application of Kristen Lamb as <br />herein described. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MARCH 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, and Innes <br />NOES: Commissioner Michelotti and Chairman Lindsey <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 11, 1987 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~ <br />Brian W.
