PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-24 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5749, APPLICATION OF <br />CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. has applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 5.15 acre site into 12 parcels for <br />single-family residential use and one parcel for <br />park/open space use, ranging in size from approximately <br />8,100 square feet to approximately 30,100 square feet, <br />located generally in the area south of the intersection <br />of Dolores Drive and Dolores Court; and <br />WHEREAS, Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of ublic <br />the Planning Commission considered all p <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />concerning this application; and <br />and <br />11, 1987 <br />testimony, <br />City staff <br />WHEREAS, a negative declaration was approved for General Plan <br />amendment that was done in conjunction with the PUD <br />approval. The tentative map is in conforronertwlwasthe <br />development plan and subdivision of the p p Y <br />included within the scope of that Negative Declaration. <br />For this reason, no additional environmental <br />documentation is required for this subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map is in conformance with the <br />approved development plan and zoning for this subject <br />site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed tentative map <br />to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City <br />of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5749 as herein described subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1, That the development shall suontfileawithctheorm to <br />the exhibit, Tract Map 5749, <br />Planning Department, except that a 20 ft. wide <br />Public Service Easement be added from the southwest <br />corner of Lot 4 along the entire southern border of <br />Lot 5 to the border of the park access property. <br />_+_o_a_ version 4/17/87 <br />VVL i ~ <br />
