PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-09 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-87-4-1M, APPLICATION OF <br />FERRERI/MATTESON <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson have applied for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan for a <br />264-unit condominium complex to delete 20 units from the <br />project, change the mix of one and two-bedroom units, <br />alter floor plans and the configuration of the <br />recreation area, and related improvements located on the <br />north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road approximately 4,800 <br />feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old <br />Dublin Canyon Road. <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study and received the recommendations of the <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held January 13, 1988 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />modification; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the negative declaration <br />prepared for the application of John Ferreri and Duncan <br />Matteson for a major modification to an approved <br />development plan for a 264 unit condominium complex to <br />delete 20 units from the project, change the mix of one <br />and two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and the <br />configuration of the recreation area, and related <br />improvements located on the north side of Old Dublin <br />Canyon Road approximately 4,800 feet west of the <br />intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon <br />Road. <br />- 1 - <br />
