PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-13 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-85-17-4M, MODIFICATION OF <br />EXTERIOR COLOR SCHEME FOR PROMETHEUS DEVELOPMENT CO. AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-85-17-4M <br />WHEREAS, Prometheus Development Company has applied to modify the <br />approved exterior color scheme for the 456 unit Hacienda <br />Gardens apartment complex under construction at Andrews <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 10, <br />1988, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal and agreed that the <br />colors scheme should go from a muted gold to muted <br />green. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. approves the colors <br />Company as filed under <br />following condition: <br />for Prometheus Development <br />Case PUD-85-17-4M subject to the <br />1. That the colors shall substantially comply with the <br />samples on file with the Planning Department (Color <br />codes 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13). <br />Section 2.
