PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-23 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR CASE PUD-88-3, APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT <br />CO./TEIXEIRA <br />WHEREAS, Blackburn Development Company and Matilda Teixeira have <br />applied for Planned Unit Development District rezoning <br />and development plan approval for a 42 parcel <br />single-family residential development to be located on <br />an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 9, 1988, the Planning Commission <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-88-3; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 28, 1988 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 9, 1988 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />Blackburn Development Co./Teixeira for development plan <br />approval for a 42 parcel single family residential <br />development to be located on an approximately 15 acre <br />site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
