PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-23 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE PUD-88-3, APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT CO./TEIXEIRA WHEREAS, Blackburn Development Company and Matilda Teixeira have applied for Planned Unit Development District rezoning and development plan approval for a 42 parcel single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 9, 1988, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-88-3; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated January 28, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 9, 1988 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for Blackburn Development Co./Teixeira for development plan approval for a 42 parcel single family residential development to be located on an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. - 1 -
