PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-24 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL A CASE PUD-88-3, <br />APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT CO./TEIXEIRA <br />WHEREAS, Blackburn Development Company and Matilda Teixeira have <br />applied for Planned Unit Development District rezoning <br />and development plan approval for a 42 parcel <br />single-family residential development to be located on <br />an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 9, 1988, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the proposed negative <br />declaration for Case PUD-88-3 after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations <br />of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the development plan <br />proposed is consistent with the General Plan and the <br />purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the application of Blackburn <br />Development Co./Teixeira (Case PUD-88-3) for development <br />plan approval for a 42 parcel single family residential <br />development to be located on an approximately 15 acre <br />site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A° attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 3TH DAY OF MARCH 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ ~~ <br />iv/ Lindsey, Cha' n <br />- 1 - <br />
