PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-24 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL A CASE PUD-88-3, APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT CO./TEIXEIRA WHEREAS, Blackburn Development Company and Matilda Teixeira have applied for Planned Unit Development District rezoning and development plan approval for a 42 parcel single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 9, 1988, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-88-3 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the development plan proposed is consistent with the General Plan and the purposes of the PUD ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the application of Blackburn Development Co./Teixeira (Case PUD-88-3) for development plan approval for a 42 parcel single family residential development to be located on an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A° attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
