PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1409 <br />A RESOLUTION FINDING CONFORMITY WITH THE <br />GENERAL PLAN FOR DEDICATION OF A PORTION <br />OF SAN ANTONIO STREET. <br />WHEREAS, Chris Beratlis has offered to dedicate a portion <br />of San Antonio Street as part of minor subdivision in case <br />MS-76-•6; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council can accept this dedication only <br />if the Planning Commission makes a finding of conformity with <br />the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan designation for the area in which <br />the street dedication is included is Medium Density Residential <br />and the dedication would serve the proposed minor subdivision <br />as a minor residential street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on April 23, 1976 <br />and received a staff report on this matter. <br />NOW; THEREFORE, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton resolves as follows: <br />Section 1.
