PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1497 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AP- <br />PROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT FILED UNDER APPLICATION PUD-77-1. <br />WHEREAS, an application to rezone approximately 1.42 acres <br />located on the west side of Sonoma Drive between <br />Junipero Street and developed lots to the south of <br />Junipero Street, from the RM-2500 (Multiple Residential) <br />District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development); and <br />the development would be for a 13-unit garden court <br />home subdivision; and <br />an environmental assessment in the form of an Initial <br />Study of the proposed project has been conducted in <br />conjunction with review of said proposed project; and <br />REAS, the Planning Commission on March 9, 1977, reviewed the <br />potential environmental impacts associated with this <br />proposed project as identified in the Initial Study; <br />and <br />REAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this <br />matter at the March 9, 1977 meeting, at which an op- <br />portunity was given to hear public testimony on the <br />potential environmental impacts of the project and <br />there was no public testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />Sec_tio_n 1. The Planning Commission finds that the proposal could <br />not have a significant adverse effect on the environ- <br />ment. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends that the City <br />`^ Council determine that a Negative Declaration be pre- <br />pared for the project. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />'upon its passage and adoption. <br />SED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of March, 1977, by the <br />
