PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1325 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton recommending to the City Council the <br />approval of RZ-74-15. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Pleasanton Garbage Service to prezone <br />approximately 23 acres of land located at 2512 Vineyard <br />Avenue from A (Agricultural as defined by the Zoning <br />Code of the County of Alameda) District to A (Agricultural <br />as defined by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton) <br />District, has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has <br />held a public hearing on this application and has examined <br />pertinent maps, drawings and documents, and has made the <br />following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to <br />the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest <br />and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton does hereby find that said prezoning is <br />in conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton, and does hereby recommend to the City Council <br />the adoption of RZ-74-15, as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 8th day of January, 1975, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Butler, Doherty, <br />Carrigan, McLain and Chairman <br />Wood <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: January 8, 1975 <br />Attest: ~nC~- <br />Robert J.
