PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1328 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-75-1. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Randy Hadley and Hank <br />Cupples for a conditional use permit to <br />allow automobile repairing, overhauling <br />and rebuilding services at 1809 Santa Rita <br />Road; zoning for the property is C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District, has come <br />before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br />hearing on this application, and has <br />reviewed pertinent maps, documents and <br />testimony, and has made the following <br />findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the <br />conditional use is in accord with the <br />objectives of this chapter and the purposes <br />of the district in which the site is <br />located, except that the finding could not <br />be made for auto body repair and painting. <br />B. That the proposed location of the <br />conditional use and the conditions under <br />which it would be operated or maintained <br />will not be detrimental to the properties <br />or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use <br />will comply with the applicable provisions <br />of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approves UP-75-1, <br />for automobile repairing, overhauling <br />and rebuilding, exclusive of auto body <br />repair and painting, subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br />1. That all automobiles slated for repair <br />be stored at all times in the area between <br />Building No. 6 and the western property line <br />of the Valley Plaza Shopping Center. <br />2. That all activities carried out in <br />conjunction with the repair of automobiles <br />be conducted entirely within Building <br />No. 6, except for the storage of auto- <br />mobiles which have been or are to be <br />serviced. <br />3. That there be no outside display of <br />products sold or items worked upon in <br />conjunction with auto repair activities. <br />
