PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1331 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />recommending to the City Council the <br />adoption of RZ-75-2. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission <br />to rezone from the S (Study) District, <br />to the R-1-6500 (Single Family) District, <br />that 17 acre parcel located south of <br />Angela Street, west of Mirador Drive, north <br />of Pico Avenue and immediately east of <br />the former eastern City Limit line, has <br />come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br />hearing on this application and has examined <br />pertinent maps, documents and testimony, <br />and has made the following findings: <br />1, That the proposed amendment will not <br />be contrary to the spirit and intent of <br />the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in <br />the public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a <br />more equitable condition for the community <br />than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton does hereby make <br />the finding that said rezoning application <br />is in conformance with the General Plan and <br />recommends to the City Council the adoption <br />of RZ-75-2. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of February, <br />1975, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Butler, Carrigan <br />and Acting Chairman McLain <br />Noes: Commissioner Doherty <br />Absent: Chairman Wood <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: February 13, 1975 <br />ATTEST: <br />1` ~~ <br />Robe arras, Secretary F. oge Mc ain, C airman <br />
