PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 1344 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br /> the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br /> City Council the adoption of GP-75-3. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the City of Pleasanton <br /> to amend the General Plan from Retail Busi- <br /> ness and Offices, Professional and Adminis- <br /> trative Offices and High Density Residential <br /> to medium Density Residential for that ap- <br /> proximately 18 acres of land located at the <br /> southeast corner of the intersection of <br /> Bernal Avenue and Foothill Road, has come <br /> before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br /> hearing on this application and has examined <br /> pertinent maps, drawings and documents, and <br /> has made the following findings: <br /> 1. That the proposed amendment would serve <br /> to bring the General Plan Map and the Zoning <br /> Ordinance in conformance, thereby complying <br /> with State law. <br /> 2.
