PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1345 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton, approving Z-75-51. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Roy Keith Weaver for a <br />home occupation permit to conduct a business <br />from his home at 6665 Singletree Way, Pleas- <br />anton; zoning for the property being R-1-6500 <br />(Single Family) District, has come before this <br />Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />approves Z-75-51, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the materials, supplies and equip- <br />ment used in the business occupy an area in <br />the home no larger than 3 cu. ft. <br />2. That all activities carried out in con- <br />~I junction with the business take place in one <br />room of the home located at 6665 Singletree <br />Way. <br />3. That activity carried out at 6665 Single- <br />tree Way in connection with the business be <br />limited to the design and assembling of <br />security devices only and whatever bookkeeping <br />and phone use is needed in conjunction with <br />that activity. <br />4. That the property address not be contained <br />in anradvertising done for the business. <br />5. That no customers come to the property <br />in connection with the business. <br />6. That no traffic, in addition to that <br />created by Mr. Weaver himself, be generated <br />in connection with the business and that no <br />trucks be utilized in the business. <br />7. That no deliveries of materials used in <br />conjunction with the business be made to the <br />subject property. <br />8. That this application is granted for a <br />period of one year, expiring May 14, 1976, <br />and at that time the applicant either cease <br />operating or reapply to the City for extension <br />of the home occupation. <br />
