PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1348 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the adoption of RZ-75-6. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Frank Auf der Maur to <br />prezone approximately 3.06 acres located <br />at 3482 Stanley Boulevard and known as <br />Annexation No. 69, from A (Agricultural <br />as defined by the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Alameda County) District to C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District has come before this <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents, and has made <br />the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the <br />General Plan, <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the <br />public interest and general welfare, <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a <br />more equitable condition for the community <br />than now prevails. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby makes the <br />finding that said prezoning is in accordance <br />with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton <br />and recommends to the City Council the <br />adoption of RZ-75-6 as petitioned. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 11th day of June, 1975 <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Doherty, Carrigan, <br />Shepherd and Chairman Wood <br />Commissioner Butler <br />Secretary Harris <br />Date: June 11, 1975 <br />Attest; <br />/~ Y <br />Ro~~ert J. arras, Secretary ood, Chairman <br />
