PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1388 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING <br />THAT CAMERA SALES, RENTAL AND REPAIR OF <br />PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT IS SUBSTANTIALLY <br />SIMILAR TO CERTAIN OTHER USES ALLOWED IN <br />THE C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, a request has been received to allow a camera <br />sales, rental and repair of photographic equipment in a Com- <br />mercial Service District, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing on <br />this matter and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents; and <br />WHEREAS, a similarity can be found between repair of <br />electrically operated projectors, enlargers, etc., and the <br />category of electrical repair shops, which is shown as being <br />allowed in the C-S (Commercial Service) District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That camera sales, rental and repair of photo- <br />graphic equipment is substantially similar to certain other uses <br />allowed in the C-S (Commercial Service) District, and is allow- <br />able in that District. <br />Section 2.
