Planning Commission <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1150 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving UP-71-30. <br />WHEREAS, the application of H. C. Elliott, Inc. to allow <br />a model home complex and sales office to be <br />located on lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Tract <br />3og6 located at Gamay Court, Pleasanton has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has examined pertinent maps, docu- <br />ments and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that UP-71-30 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That all off-site <br />time as the model area <br />with all requirements <br />Works Department. <br />improvements at such <br />is removed shall comply <br />as imposed by the Public <br />2. That the proposed sales office shall <br />revert back to the standard single family <br />residence and shall be subject to a final <br />inspection by the Building Department. <br />3. That any structures presently encroach- <br />ing over the public right of way or over- <br />lapping future property lines or setbacks at <br />such time as the complex reverts to standard <br />single family dwellings, shall be removed to <br />comply with the imposed standard subdivision <br />and zoning requirements. <br />4. All residences, including garages, shall <br />meet with the setback requirements as set by <br />the Ordinance Code. Standard garage setbacks <br />are 23 feet. <br />5. That no A-board signs will be installed <br />at this complex. <br />6. That signs must be applied for under <br />seperate review. <br />7. That the applicant adhere to the land- <br />scaping plans as shown on the submitted plan <br />labeled Exhibit A. <br />'ASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 11th day of January 1972 <br />by the following vote: <br />
